Trench

This BZB-FB-1500H 15m bus spray booth is mounted with two rows of trench for discharging the air. Each row of the trench is designed with the dimension of 13000×840mm (L×W). Furthermore, the trench is covered with the galvanized floor grating.

Front Door

There are four single doors in all. The frame of the door adopts the folded edge which is formed of the painted steel plate. The EPS board acts as the wall panel.

Service Door

There are two service doors with the dimension of 700×2000mm (W×H). The door is provided with the pressure lock.

Chamber

1. The wall is supported by the steel reinforcing rib, and the ceiling is provided with the steel composite beam.
2. The insertion type polystyrene board features great fire resistance and superb thermal insulation. The wallboard is 75mm thick and 1150mm wide. The colorful steel plate possesses the thickness of 0.476mm.
3. The roof plate is constructed from the EPS insulation board of 50mm thick.

Cabinet

1. The air is supplied from the side, and discharged from the back.
2. The framework is constructed from the painted section bar.
3. The outer layer is the externally sprayed plate. The inner layer is the galvanized steel plate. The middle layer gives the function of heat preservation.

Air Supply System (2 sets)

This BZB-FB-1500H 15m bus spray booth adopts 2 sets of double-inlet centrifugal fans for supplying air. Each set has two centrifugal fans.The fan is provided with the model of YDW5.6M, the power of 7.5kW, and the flow rate of 20,000m3/h.

Air Exhaust System (2 sets)

1. The air exhaust system comprises two 15kW centrifugal type exhaust fans with large impeller. It is driven by a belt, and its air capacity reaches 35,000m3/h. The model of the fan is 4-82. The motor is placed outside.
2. The exhaust cabin is composed of the coated section bar and the coated steel plate.
3. The exhaust duct consists of the high-grade galvanized steel plate and the flange made by adopting professional equipment. Moreover, it is installed with a manually adjustable damper.

Heating System (2 sets)

1. Our 15m bust spray booth is configured with 2 sets of RG5S type Riello burners, which can give a maximum heating value of 520,000Kcal/h.
2. The heat exchanger is made from fine-quality SUS304 stainless steel by adoption of argon arc welding technology.
3. The heat generator is sprayed with paint.
4. Imported from Switzerland with original packaging, the electric actuator is able to realize the automatic changeover of spraying and curing.
5. The highest temperature reaches 80 degrees Celsius.

Filter System

1. Firstly, the intake air is roughly filtered.
2. All kinds of filters are utilized, including the high-grade ceiling filter, the glass fiber filter, as well as the activated carbon being placed horizontally.

Lighting System

1. Side of the Ceiling：18groupsx4pcs=72pcs 18w LED light tubes
2. Side of the Waist: 14 groupsx2pieces=28pcs 18W LED lamps
3. The electronic ballast is used for special purpose. Each one can be connected with two light tubes.
4. The light intensity is 800Lux.

Electric Control System

1. A push-button panel is used to control this system, and the main circuit is designed with plenty of protective functions.
2. This system is supplied with the timer, temperature limiter. failure warning, lighting switch, temperature and time settings, normal-temperature or constant-temperature paint spraying, paint-curing switch, emergency stop switch, and some others.
