Trench

1. This BZB-FB-1500M 15m bus spray booth is mounted with two rows of trench for discharging the air.
2. Each row of the trench is designed with the dimension of 13000×840mm (L×W).
3. Furthermore, the trench is covered with the galvanized floor grating.

Front Door

1. Four single doors are utilized.
2. The frame of the door adopts the folded edge which is formed of the painted steel plate.
3. The EPS board acts as the wall panel.

Service Door

1. There are two service doors with the dimension of 700×2000mm (W×H).
2. The door is provided with the pressure lock.

Chamber

1. The roof plate is an assembly of the high-quality galvanized steel plate.
2. The wall is supported by the steel reinforcing rib, and the ceiling is provided with the steel composite beam.
3. The insertion type polystyrene board has strong fire resistance and superb thermal insulation. The wallboard is 75mm thick and 1150mm wide. The color coated steel plate possesses the thickness of 0.426mm.

Cabinet

1. The air is supplied from the side, and discharged from the back.
2. The framework is constructed from the coated section bar.
3. The outer layer is the externally sprayed plate. The inner layer is the galvanized steel plate. The middle layer offers the function of keeping warm.

Air Supply System (2 sets)

1. This BZB-FB-1500M 15m bus spray booth utilizes 2 sets of double-inlet centrifugal fans for supplying air. Each set has two centrifugal fans.
2. The fan is provided with the model of YDW5.6S, the power of 75.5kW, and the flow rate of 15,500m3/h.

Air Exhaust System (2 sets)

1. The exhaust cabin is composed of the coated section bar and the coated steel plate.
2. The exhaust duct consists of the high-grade galvanized steel plate and the professionally made flange. Moreover, it is installed with a manually adjustable damper.
3. The air exhaust system comprises two 11kW centrifugal type exhaust fans with large impeller. It is driven by a belt, and offers an air capacity of 30,000m3/h. The model of the fan is 4-82. The motor is placed outside.

Heating System (2 sets)

1. Our BZB-FB-1500M 15m bust spray booth is configured with 2 sets of G20 type Riello burners, providing a maximum heating value of 400,000Kcal/h.
2. The surface of the heat generator is coated.
3. The heat exchanger is made from reliable-quality SUS304 stainless steel in use of argon arc welding technology.
4. Imported from Switzerland with original packaging, the electric actuator is able to realize the automatic changeover of spraying and curing.
5. The highest temperature reaches 80 degrees Celsius.

Filter System

1. The intake air is roughly filtered.
2. A variety of filters are utilized, including the high-grade ceiling filter, the glass fiber filter, as well as the activated carbon being placed horizontally.

Illumination System
